Cancellation Policy – Bedazzled

Cancellation Window Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement only. After this window, cancellations will not be accepted as orders move quickly into processing.

Cancellation Fee If a cancellation request is made after the 2-hour window, a $6 cancellation fee will apply.

Customized Hair Clips Customized and personalized orders cannot be cancelled at any time once the order is confirmed, as production begins immediately.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders By placing a COD order, you confirm your intent to receive and pay for the order upon delivery. Repeated cancellations or refusals of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders from your account.

Refunds on Cancellations Approved cancellations will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
